ComiqueCon sets precedence for excellence with first-ever women in comics event

“Girl Power was alive and well in Dearborn on Saturday. ComiqueCon, the first ever convention “for women, by women” packed the Arab American National Museum for the event.”

ComiqueCon draws comic fanatics

“The first ever ComiqueCon Nov. 7 at the Arab American National Museum drew a large crowd of comic fanatics. The celebration featured a wide range of work from female artists, editors, writers, publishers, graphic artists and illustrators. Panels, workshops, autograph sessions and panels were all available to ComiqueCon attendees.”

ComiqueCon offers something for everyone

“The inaugural Comique-Con 2015 surpassed every single expectation I had and then some with its well-organized events, thought-provoking and welcoming workshops, and entertaining and highly informative panels (with plenty of equally-impressed men in attendance, I might add).”
